Ramaiya Vastavaiya 2013 Free Download With Torrentz



Synopsis

Ram (Girish Kumar Taurani) has come to India with his mum to see his cousin Riya (Anchal Singh) there he meets her best friend Sona (Shruti Haasan) .They fall in love but its difficult for them seeing as Ram comes from a modern city of Australia, and that Sona comes from a traditional village in India. There is also some tension between Sona's brother Raghuveer (Sonu Sood) and Ashwanni (Poonam Dhillon), Ram's mother. Sona has no parents. Raghuveer tells Ram that he'll only allow him to get close to Sona if he can grow more crops than him this season. Ram's mother and father agree to this proposal and so does Ram. Ashwinni's brother and friend trying to ruin Ram's crops the whole way as they want Ram to marry his mom's brother's business partner's daughter, Dolly. Ram goes through a lot of hardships and adapting to prove himself worthy of Sona's affections and in that the both of them grow closer.

The filming began on 1 August 2012 in Mumbai. The film had also completed a schedule in Himachal Pradesh.[6] It had been announced that the film would be a remake of director Prabhu Deva's Telugu directorial debut Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, which itself was inspired by the 1980s Hindi cult movie Maine Pyaar Kiya.

Soundtrack

The first song promo of the film was released on 10 May 2013, under the title of "Jeene Laga Hoon", sung by Atif Aslam and Shreya Ghoshal. The song was uploaded on the Tips Music Films YouTube channel (tipsmusic), whilst the full soundtrack released on 15 May 2013. All songs of this album are composed by Sachin-Jigar.

Critical Reception

Jyoti Prakash of Indian Box Office Online gave the album 3.5 out of 5.0 stars and said, "The music of the film is refreshing,cheerful and vibrant and perfectly suits the mood and setting of the film. Highly recommended."[7] Shresht Poddar, of Score Magazine, gave the album 3.5 out of 5 stars saying,"In a nutshell, Ramaiya Vastavaiya’s soundtrack lives up to the high expectations courtesy Sachin-Jigar’s musical prowess. Priya Panchal’s lyrics beautifully complement the duo’s lilting melodies."[8] Avad M of Bollywood3 stated Ramaiya Vastavaiya's album as a mixed bag filled with different kind of songs.[9] VjMOVIEWs opined that, "RV is a makeshift offering of Prabhudeva resembling two of yesteryear blockbusters, Maine Pyaar Kiya and Pyaar kia to Darna Kya".[10] Musicperk.com rated the album 7.5/10 quoting "Refreshing album that works" .[11] With over 4000 ratings, the film sat at a rating of 2.6/5 stars. The verdict was "Ramaiya Vastavaiya has a run-of-the-mill story which doesn't entertain or amuse. The romance is unoriginal and the masala is bland. Skip it."[12]

Box Office Reception

Ramaiya Vastavaiya opened to a standard collection of INR3.5 crore (US$590,000) on the opening day, it collected around INR4 crore (US$680,000) in its second day and the collections made a decent jump on its third day and collected around INR5.25 crore (US$890,000). It grossed around INR12.75 crore (US$2.2 million) nett in its opening weekend.[13] The film made a total of INR27.40 crore (US$4.6 million) at the end of its first weekend and in the second week this movie has collected an amount of INR5.20 crore (US$880,000).[14] The total two week Domestic Collections is 45 crores and total Overseas Collections is US$0.163699 million.[15][16]

Critical reception

Sudhish Kamath of The Hindu stated, "Rangrezz is a fine example of how NOT to remake a film".[5] "Madhureeta Mukherjee of Times of India has given the movie 2.5 stars out of 5 stating that "There are ample well-shot scenes ( Santosh Sivan), good performances (strong supporting cast) and sweet moments; ... The second half goes awry, the story loses steam and characters lose colour.[6] Taran adarsh of Bollywood hangama has given 2 stars out of 5.[7] Ankur Pathak from Rediff.com has given 3/5 stars and says Rangrezz works despite being saddled with a rather cliched plot.[8]
